How to Apply
To apply, download and complete the Application Form. Ensure that you provide as much information as possible.
Sign the form and send it to the Cases Officer, in an unstamped envelope, addressed to FREEPOST CAMERON, with supporting documentation regarding the financial statement, such as a copy of the most recent bank statements and evidence of household income from all sources.
Eligibility
We help both working and retired GPs and also their dependants.
We help doctors who have satisfactorily completed a programme of specialty training for general practice.
We help young doctors just starting out in the profession and doctors facing difficulties in the middle of their careers – perhaps through GMC restrictions or issues relating to their local PCT.
For the sons and daughters of existing and former beneficiaries, we award an annual grant to contribute to the cost of study and training including a first degree course.
